Returns & Exchange

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. 

Refund or Exchange: 
Return or exchange is accepted on most items* by providing original receipt (invoice) and reason for return or exchange within 15 days* from the purchase date, All refunds or exchanges must be in original manufacturer packaging and in acceptable condition of use (all manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase must be included). Refunds or exchanges may be subject to restocking fee as determined by the store management for any damaged or missing items or based on condition of use. | *Some conditions and exclusions apply: Due to nature of all electric & non-electric mobility equipment including Self-Balancing Equipment, Scooters, Smart Hoverboards return or exchange are only accepted provided items are not used, assembled, opened, or altered from its original state. If these items are found used, assembled, opened, or altered from its original state as determined by the store management, items will not be qualified for exchange or full refund.
