I keep getting compliments everywhere I go with this! Not only is the L8F really nice looking, its provides such a smooth ride compared to another scooter I tried. I use it to bust around a very large university campus, however I have to say that the scooter is quite heavy when you have to carry it up/down stairs especially because it does not fold well. I find the folding process quite clumsy. It requires loosening one lever and pressing another and the scooter still does not fold seamlessly without really fidgetting with it. I would say this is its biggest pitfall. Due to this, I stopped trying to fold it up making it an issue fitting in my car (the seat has to come down for it to fit in the trunk). Related to this issue, the folding mechanism actually fell out once while I was in the middle of nowhere then had to wobble it back where I came. Fortunately, I found all my missing parts and temporarily fixed it all together with a bolt from the hardware store. SmartWheel graciously offered to send me a replacement original bolt when i called them to lament. I am still happy with my purchase though despite the growing pains! Oh and the blue lights that come on while its in motion is a great bonus safety feature especially when its dark early in Winter! Thanks SmartWheel!
I use it to get to the mall and back for groceries
I tried in store both Es2 from ninebot and L8F from Inmotion. L8F is far smoother ride and feels and looks more sturdier. I am glad I was able to try in store to compare. I am happy with my purchase.
