The Velocifero XE-10-10 comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering both parts and labor, valid only for manufacturing defects that affect the bike’s performance or functionality. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, water or salt exposure, failure to follow the Owner’s Manual, exceeding the maximum weight limit, performing stunts, collisions with obstacles, riding above recommended speeds, using non-approved chargers, or missing/invalid documentation such as the warranty sheet or original purchase invoice.
