SmartWheel 2.0 Brand Evolution: A More Focused Lineup, Last-Chance Deals & What’s Next
Posted by RK on 2nd Sep 2026
SmartWheel 2.0 is about creating a clearer, more focused experience for our customers and riders.
SmartWheel has long been known for bringing new and exciting electric-mobility products to Canadian riders. This brand evolution allows us to focus our current lineup while creating room for the next generation of products and new brand partnerships. More exciting news is still to come.
As part of the SmartWheel 2.0 journey introduced on September 1, 2026 and vision behind it, selected brands and legacy product lines have already been transitioning to our Clearance & Legacy section while remaining inventory is available.
This creates a final opportunity to purchase selected electric scooters, electric unicycles, e-bikes, e-motos, and protective gear at clearance pricing.
A More Focused Lineup. Last-Chance Savings. Ready for What’s Next.
Why SmartWheel Is Streamlining Its Lineup
To deliver the highest level of customer care, stock the parts you actually need, and build deeper partnerships with leading manufacturers, we have to stay agile. Managing dozens of overlapping brands can dilute technical expertise and spread support resources thin.
By streamlining our catalog, we are concentrating our energy where it matters most:
-
Faster service turnaround times with dedicated technician training on core lineups.
-
Better parts availability for active brands.
-
Curated product selection, making it easier for new and experienced riders to find the perfect ride.
-
Upcoming brand partnerships and product launches featuring the latest battery tech, motor performance, and safety designs.
Last-Chance Deals on Clearance & Legacy Brands
Remaining inventory from the following brands is now available through our Clearance & Legacy section while supplies last:
-
E-Scooters & Unicycles: Inokim, Kingsong, Extreme Bull, Vsett, Zero, Minimotors (Futecher, Rovoron, and Speedway sub-brands).
-
E-Bikes & E-Motos: Caofen, Eride Pro, Kollter, Taubik, UBCO.
-
Compact Mobility: Airwheel.
-
Helmets & Protective Gear: NutCase, SixSixOne, Protec.
Note: Once remaining stock in the Clearance section is sold through, these lines will be fully retired from our active catalog.
Availability varies by product, and some models may have limited quantities. Customers are encouraged to review product details and contact SmartWheel with any questions about availability, warranty coverage, service, or replacement parts before purchasing.
Current Owners: Our Commitment to You Remains Unchanged
We know many of you currently ride vehicles or wear gear from the transitioning brands listed above. We want to reassure you that your support does not end when a brand moves to Legacy status.
Here is exactly how we are backing existing customers:
-
Active Warranty Coverage: If you purchased a product through SmartWheel that is still under warranty, your coverage remains 100% valid. We will continue to honor and administer all standard warranty terms.
-
Service & Maintenance Support: Our shop and technical team remain available for servicing legacy models, subject to standard intake availability, technician capacity, unit condition, and parts accessibility.
-
Parts Assistance: We will continue to assist riders with replacement parts for legacy products whenever inventory or manufacturer supply chains permit.
What’s Next for SmartWheel
By focusing on our core active brands, strengthening parts planning, and improving support processes, SmartWheel is preparing for its next generation of products and partnerships.
Thank you for being part of the SmartWheel community. Stay tuned—more exciting news is on the way. ⚡
